But yeah, I still have the same friends that were there with me. I keep my circle small nowadays because it’s easier that way. And yeah, I’m part of a women’s Facebook group of heart health and trying doing things like that. I’m slowly finding people around my age who went through similar concepts. I think it was more so like a peer support, just because like I was so alone. Like, I asked for resources. I asked for peer support and there was no one. So it’s like it’s really important for me to be that one now for people.
